YOUNG BUSINESS UNITED

Young Business United

About Us

Young Business United (YBU) is the national movement of young Filipino and Filipino American entrepreneurs under the Federation of Philippine American Chambers of Commerce (FPACC). We exist to cultivate a new generation of business leaders who are bold, visible, and unapologetically rooted in our Filipino heritage.

At YBU, business is more than profit—it is community, culture, and legacy. We connect students, start-up founders, second-generation entrepreneurs, and professionals across industries, creating a platform where young leaders can learn, collaborate, and grow together. Through mentorship, workshops, global networking, and cultural grounding, we empower our members to innovate with confidence while honoring the values of bayanihan, resilience, and excellence.

We are building an ecosystem where Filipino businesses are not only sustained but scaled, where our voices are not only included but amplified, and where our communities thrive across the United States, the Philippines, and globally. YBU is more than a network—it is a movement, a launchpad, and a legacy in the making.

Young Business United: Where culture meets commerce, and the future of Filipino business rises.

Note To The Youth:

Young Business United (YBU) is where the next generation of Filipino and Filipino American entrepreneurs come together to build, grow, and lead. Backed by the Federation of Philippine American Chambers of Commerce (FPACC), YBU is more than a network—it’s a movement.

We’re here to connect students, start-up founders, and young professionals who are ready to rise. Every workshop we host, every connection we make, and every business we support is about one thing: creating a stronger, louder, and prouder Filipino business future.

At YBU, business isn’t just about profit. It’s about culture, community, and legacy. We believe that when we rise together, we change what business looks like for our generation—and for generations to come.

This is your platform. This is your movement. Welcome to YBU.

Note To Sponsors and Mentors:

Young Business United (YBU) is the national movement of young Filipino and Filipino American entrepreneurs under the Federation of Philippine American Chambers of Commerce (FPACC). YBU exists to cultivate the next generation of Filipino business leaders by providing the structure, resources, and networks necessary to succeed in an increasingly global economy.

Through mentorship, professional development, business programming, and international collaboration, YBU positions young leaders to scale their ventures, drive innovation, and contribute to community and economic growth. Our platform connects students, founders, second-generation entrepreneurs, and established professionals across industries, creating an ecosystem that is both culturally grounded and globally competitive.

By uniting the Filipino diaspora in business leadership, YBU advances economic empowerment, visibility, and legacy-building. We are not just preparing entrepreneurs for the marketplace—we are equipping them to shape the future of commerce, culture, and community.

Our Goals

  1. Level Up Leaders
Equip young Filipino entrepreneurs with the skills, confidence, and networks to become visible, influential leaders in business and community.
    • By 2027, train and mentor 500+ young entrepreneurs nationwide.
    • Launch a structured mentorship program pairing 50+ young leaders with established
      Filipino business professionals annually.
    • Create career and business leadership pipelines that unlock opportunities in both the U.S. and the Philippines.

  2. Build Economic Power
Increase the visibility and influence of Filipino and Filipino American entrepreneurs across industries by creating pipelines for growth, capital, and opportunity.
    • Facilitate at least $1 million in new business deals or investments among YBU members within 3 years.
    • Develop 10+ annual programs on fundraising, development, and business scaling.
    • Expand access to venture capital, government funding, and small business support systems in both countries, giving members the chance to operate and scale across markets.

  3. Bridge Communities Globally
Strengthen ties between the U.S., the Philippines, and the global Filipino diaspora through cross-border entrepreneurship, investment, and cultural exchange.
    • Establish YBU charters in 10 cities across the U.S. and sister charters across the Philippines within 5 years.
    • Organize annual exchanges and panels on business entry, investment, and innovation across both countries.
    • Highlight market-entry opportunities for U.S.-based Filipino entrepreneurs in the Philippines, and vice versa, creating pathways for growth in both economies.

  4. Redefine Business Through Culture
Showcase Filipino values, resilience, and creativity as a foundation for business success,
redefining what entrepreneurship looks like for the next generation.
    • Produce national campaigns and conferences that highlight Filipino business success stories.
    • Position YBU as a movement of 1,000+ active members who see culture as a driver of innovation, not just identity.
    • Champion Filipino culture as a strategic advantage in global markets, making businesses from both the Philippines and the U.S. more competitive.

Our Objectives

To achieve these goals, YBU commits to:

  • Hosting quarterly leadership workshops and summits across U.S. and Philippine cities.
  • Building a mentorship pipeline that connects young entrepreneurs to leaders with expertise in both markets.
  • Partnering with chambers, corporations, and nonprofits to expand access to resources globally.
  • Elevating Filipino entrepreneurship through media, storytelling, and advocacy.
  • Reinforcing business success as a tool for community reinvestment and generational legacy in the U.S. and the Philippines.

Message from the President

Clifford Robin Temprosa Li, KOR

Chief Executive Officer, Young Business United

At Young Business United (YBU), we believe the future of Filipino business leadership is being written today, by young entrepreneurs who are bold enough to innovate, proud enough to lead with culture, and determined enough to build across borders. The time for Filipino entrepreneurs is now and Young Business United is leading the way.

For too long, young Filipino leaders have been underrepresented in the global story of business. That ends here. Our ethos is to change the narrative — to make sure our generation is seen, heard, and leading. The truth is simple: the future will not wait. And neither will we.

Founded under the Federation of Philippine American Chambers of Commerce (FPACC), YBU is committed to cultivating the next generation of Filipino and Filipino American entrepreneurs. Our platform provides mentorship, professional development, and pathways to scale businesses while reminding us that business is never just about profit. It is about people. It is about
community. It is about legacy.

YBU was founded on one powerful idea: that Filipino entrepreneurs, whether in the Philippines or the United States, and across the world, are stronger together. We are not just a program. We are not just a network. We are a movement.

We are not waiting for permission. We are not just building businesses. We are building power. We are building a legacy. And we are building it across borders, from the Philippines to the United States and globally. Where there is a Filipino with an idea who is bold enough, we stand with them to lead.

Our commitment is to create pathways for young Filipino leaders to succeed locally and globally. By uniting our talent, culture, and innovation, we will ensure that Filipino businesses are not only part of the future — they are leading it. Our focus is clear: to strengthen Filipino business leadership, grow economic power, and build bridges between the United States and the Philippines. We believe that business is not only about profit but about people, culture, and legacy. Together, we are shaping an ecosystem where Filipino entrepreneurs thrive, globally.

This is your platform. This is your movement. Together, we rise — bolder, stronger, and prouder than ever before.
