Message from the President

Noemi N. Frias, MBA, Ph.D.
President
Dear Members, Partners, and Friends,
It is with gratitude and renewed purpose that I share this message on behalf of the Filipino American Chamber of Commerce of Greater Houston (FACCGH). Our chamber exists not only as a network of entrepreneurs and professionals, but as a family bound by a shared vision—to promote entrepreneurship, bridge local and global business opportunities, and support the growth of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). These enterprises are not just businesses; they are the backbone of our economy, the livelihood of families, and the heartbeat of thriving communities.
Our mission has always been rooted in empowerment. We empower by creating opportunities for collaboration, by opening doors and building bridges that connect Greater Houston to the Philippines and the global market, and by supporting our members through mentorship, partnerships, and resources that ensure their growth. FACCGH is a platform where businesses can grow stronger, leaders can inspire, and communities can prosper.
As the Filipino American Chamber of Commerce of Greater Houston, we are proud to stand at the intersection of cultures, commerce, and community.
Our programs and activities — from hosting B2Bs, business forums, and leading or joining trade missions — reflect exactly what FACCGH stands for: purpose meeting partnership, and success shared with the larger community that makes it possible.
Together, we look ahead to a future of expanding opportunities for our MSMEs; building cross-border bridges that open doors between our countries; creating programs that nurture young entrepreneurs and support seasoned ones; and continuing to be a Chamber that not only advocates—but delivers impact.
As we move forward, we remain steadfast in our commitment to leading with integrity, excellence, collaboration, and service. Together, we continue to strengthen relationships, celebrate our community partners, and renew our dedication to building a vibrant economic tapestry that honors both our Filipino heritage and our Houston home. May we always be reminded that when we unite with purpose, when we collaborate with intention, and when we celebrate one another’s success, we build a future that benefits us all.
On behalf of FACCGH, thank you for your trust, support, and shared belief in the good that we can achieve together.
With gratitude and vision,
Noemi N. Frias, MBA, Ph.D.
